As the contract holder, Rally Point pays a Vendor Management Fee (VMF) of 1.25% of net sales back to Washington State each quarter. This fee funds DES's administration of the contract — the vetting, oversight, and reporting that make it possible for your agency to order with confidence, without having to vet a vendor from scratch.
