Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Rally Point is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to provide a website experience that is accessible, usable, and inclusive — consistent with our mission of serving government agencies, military personnel, and public-sector organizations that themselves are subject to accessibility mandates.
2. Accessibility Standards
We aim to conform to the following recognized standards:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. § 794d) — as amended, and its implementing regulations at 36 CFR Part 1194.
Our accessibility efforts are ongoing, and we regularly review and test the Site to identify and address barriers.
3. Measures We Take
To support accessibility, we have implemented the following measures:
- Keyboard navigation: The Site is navigable by keyboard for users who cannot use a mouse.
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA labels where appropriate to support assistive technologies.
- Color contrast: We maintain sufficient contrast ratios between text and background colors throughout the Site.
- Alt text: Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked appropriately.
- Resizable text: The Site supports browser text-resize and zoom functionality without loss of content or functionality.
- Form labels: All form fields include clear, programmatically associated labels.
- Focus indicators: Interactive elements display visible focus styles for keyboard users.
4. Compatibility with Assistive Technology
This Site is designed to be compatible with common assistive technologies, including:
- Screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack).
- Screen magnification software.
- Speech recognition tools.
- Alternative input devices.
The Site is tested with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
5. Known Limitations & Ongoing Efforts
Despite our best efforts, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are actively working to improve include:
- Third-party embedded content (such as manufacturer product data and external feeds) may not fully conform to our accessibility standards.
- Certain legacy PDF documents or downloadable resources may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are working to remediate or replace these as they are identified.
- Video content, if present, may not yet include captions or audio descriptions in all cases.
6. Feedback & Contact
